Alyson Michlka and Matt Lanter join ‘Roommate’

Alyson Michalka, Matt Lanter and Minka Kelly have joined the cast of ‘The Roommate’. Production for the film, which stars Leighton Meester and Cam Gigandet, is taking place now.
“Roommate” is described as “a psychological thriller about a deranged college freshman, Rebecca (Meester), who becomes dangerously obsessed with her new roommate, Sara (Kelly).”
Alyson will play a outgoing dormmate determined to give Sara a social life will Lanter plays Sara’s ex.
